Egypt insider: Mubarak's fall was years in the making

Mohammed Abdellah, 64, one of the last living founders of the Hosni Mubarak's National Democratic Party, found himself just yards from the seething crowds as he returned from an appointment downtown. He rushed home and swallowed a Xanax. In the first insider account of the events that led to Mubarak's resignation, Abdellah blames a series of events that go back to 2005, when Mubarak surrounded himself with yes men.
