Pakistan stops defense minister from making official trip

Defense Minister Ahmed Mukhtar was about to board a flight at Islamabad's airport for an official visit to China, unaware that his name was on an exit control list drawn up after a Supreme Court decision that revived corruption charges against hundreds of politicians. The interior minister's name is also on the list. Both men are critical to Pakistan's battle against the Taliban.
