Iraq's Anbar bombings only latest sign of trouble

Bombers attacked a crowded parking lot outside the provincial government's headquarters Sunday, then detonated a car bomb aimed at rescue workers. A third bomb exploded outside the hospital where survivors were being treated. At least 23 people, mostly civilians, were killed, and more than 80 were wounded in the attacks, raising fears that Islamist extremists are trying to retake Sunni Muslim territories they lost
