Is Obama wrong on Iraq? Baghdad violence worst in year

Obama said Wednesday night that violence was still lower that last year's levels, despite a series of explosions in recent weeks. But more than 200 people have been killed this month in Baghdad, the most recorded in the Iraqi capital since March 2008. Iraqis fear the toll will continue to rise as American troops draw down. On Wednesday, explosions in the capital killed at least 43.
