Displaced Iraqis, now told to go home, fear for their lives

For all the debate in the United States about whether the surge has succeeded, there's no debate in the camps of displaced people throughout Iraq. Forced from their homes by the years of sectarian violence, they've now been told to go home by Iraq's Ministry of Displacement and Migration. But many are unwilling, saying friends and family have told them it would mean death.
