U.S air strike killed 14 civilians, Afghan governor says

The air strike was called in at 8 a.m. Saturday when U.S. marines were under attack by Taliban insurgents. The assault hit two houses in the Nawzad district of Helmand province. Inside the houses, according the Helmand governor's office, were 12 children and two women. The International Security Assistance Force said it was investigating.
