Obama: U.S. will dispatch F-16s to Poland for training

The move, announced Saturday in Warsaw, was welcomed by Polish officials as a sign that the United States was strengthening its commitment to defend Central and Eastern Europe. Under the agreement the U.S. will rotate fighter jets and C-130 cargo aircraft to Poland four times a year for training, but won't base the planes there.
