String of bombings in Baghdad kills 127 people

At least five car bombs ripped through neighborhoods across Baghdad on Tuesday morning, killing 127 Iraqis and prompting urgent questions about Iraq's security forces just as the country gears up for national elections early next year. The bombings ended a period of relative calm in Baghdad, and there was no immediate claim of responsibility.
