Attorneys ask that Guantanamo detainee be sent home

Last week, the Justice Department acknowledged it had no evidence that Mohammed Jawad was an enemy combatant. Tuesday, his attorneys asked that he be released and said the Afghan government would provide a plane to take him home. Jawad has been moved to an area reserved for prisoners ready for release, where his attorney said he's "learning to play the Wii."
