'Support for terrorism' charges in dispute at Guantanamo

Defense attorneys asked a judge to dismiss a charge of material support for terrorism against an accused terrorist held at Guantanamo, saying the Obama administration appears to have determined that the crime isn't a traditional war crime and can't be prosecuted in a military court.
