Stimulus? U.S. to buy Chinese condoms, ending Alabama jobs

In a move expected to cost 300 American jobs, the U.S. government is switching to cheaper off-shore condoms, including some made in China, to supply its condom distribution programs in poor countries around the world. Previously, the AIDS-prevention program relied on condoms made in Eufala, Ala.
