Warrant for Sudan's president's arrest could spark backlash

Laying blame for the war in Darfur at the doorstep of Sudan's presidential palace, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant Wednesday for Sudanese President Omar al Bashir for war crimes and crimes against humanity. It's the first time that the court — the world's first permanent war crimes court — has called for the arrest of a head of state.
