-Two policemen were injured by a roadside bomb in Mansour neighborhood in west Baghdad around 7 p.m.
-Iraqi police raided south Balad north of Baghdad on Saturday morning killing three people who are believed to be al Qaida members and arresting 13, Iraqi police said.
-Two roadside bombs detonated in a sequence in al Odhem area north of Baquba on Saturday afternoon. The first bomb targeted a convoy of the Iraqi army killing one soldier. The second bomb targeted a police convoy responded to aid the army convoy. One policeman was killed.
-Sheikh Balasim Mohammed Yihya al Timimi, the sheikh of Tamim tribe was injured when his car was targeted by a roadside bomb on the way between Baladroz and Kanan towns east Baquba on Friday evening.
- Around 9 p.m. gunmen broke out the house of Kanan Majeed a lawyer in Kanan town east Baquba and killed him.
-Iraqi army found an anonymous body in Makhmoor town southeast of Mosul city on Saturday morning.
-Police arrested a gunman after clashes bloke out between Iraqi police and insurgents in Yarmouk neighborhood in west Mosul.
-A policeman was injured when gunmen threw a grenade targeting a police checkpoint in downtown Mosul city on Saturday afternoon.
