Bolivians OK new constitution, giving Morales a key win

President Evo Morales took a major step toward creating a socialist state that empowers the indigenous majority when 60 percent of Bolivians approved a new constitution on Sunday, according to television exit poll results. The new charter also allows Morales to seek re-election to a five-year term in December.
