At Guantanamo, a war crimes trial is postponed indefinitely

Canadian captive Omar Khadr was scheduled to go on trial next week in the killing of an American soldier in Afghanistan. But the military judge in the case delayed the case indefinitely. It remains to be seen if President Obama will end the military commissions, which have been widely criticized as stacked against the defendants.
