Supreme Court takes up another challenge to Bush terror strategy

In another landmark challenge to the Bush administration's war-on-terror strategy, the Supreme Court agreed to decide if the administration overstepped its authority when it arrested Ali Saleh Kahlah al Marri inside the United States and ordered him held indefinitely as an enemy combatant without charging him with a crime.
