Boehner debt plan cuts too little, forcing another vote delay

House Speaker John Boehner was rewriting his plan to cut federal spending and raise the debt ceiling Tuesday night after the Congressional Budget Office revealed that his bill wouldn't cut as much spending as he'd promised it would. It was undetermined when a vote on the revamped plan will occur, though it's not likely to happen before Thursday.
