Conflicting jobs reports may mask the economy's rebound

It's indisputable that the economy is growing. New data from the Commerce Department showed a strong 3.2 percent rate of growth for the 4th quarter. Other indicators, ranging from indices of consumer confidence to retail and auto sales, point to growth. So why do job-growth numbers from the government seem so tepid?
