Economy adds more jobs, but jobless rate still stuck

U.S. employers added a better-than-expected 151,000 workers in October, the most upbeat jobs report in months, and the Labor Department made downward revisions that wiped out more than 100,000 of the job losses it had reported in the previous two months. The brightening outlook came three days too late to boost President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats in the midterm elections.
