Good news in Dallas-Fort Worth: home prices slumped least

Down just 4.5 percent from a year earlier, Dallas-Fort Worth home prices enjoyed the smallest decline in February of 20 major U.S. cities, according to a new survey. Denver and Boston prices also declined less than most places. Phoenix suffered the biggest decline — 35.2 percent.
