S.C. teen files lawsuit over Sanford's stimulus standoff

Casey Edwards, a senior at Chapin High School in South Carolina, has filed a lawsuit asking the S.C. Supreme Court to decide whether Gov. Mark Sanford or the Legislature controls $700 million in disputed federal stimulus money. The 18-year-old said students and schools are suffering from budget cuts and would benefit from the money.
