Software giant planning $70 million data center in N. Carolina

Software giant SAS announced this morning that it will build a $70 million "cloud computing facility" at the company's headquarters in Cary. "This project is proof that, despite the down economy, SAS continues to grow and innovate," Jim Goodnight, CEO of the Cary-based company, said in a prepared statement.
