COLUMBIA -- South Carolina's budget crisis is about to hit the state's famous Southern hospitality.
The S.C. Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism will close its welcome centers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting next week, spokesman Marion Edmonds said Monday.
