RALEIGH — More than two weeks after tornadoes ripped through Raleigh, Zachary Woods is still waiting for someone to clean up the mess in front of his house.
Woods can barely see over a pile of debris on the sidewalk along South Blount Street, a few blocks from downtown.
"I don't feel like they're really in a hurry to get it," Woods said, staring at the heap of limbs, shingles and leaves that long ago turned brown and shriveled. "I just don't see why it's like this."
