Georgia scientists dispute Obama claim that most oil is gone

Far from gone or dispersed, Univeristy of Georgia scientists said Tuesday that 70 to 79 percent of the more than 4 million barrels of oil that escaped into the Gulf of Mexico from BP's Deepwater Horizon well remains in the water, posing real but still undetermined risks.
