Newest oil spill flow rate: 35,000 to 60,000 barrels daily

The runaway Deepwater Horizon well is pouring 35,000 to 60,000 barrels a day of oil into the Gulf of Mexico, the Obama administration said Tuesday. Energy Secretary Steven Chu, however, warned that the estimate is still preliminary, and that it might be revised upward.
