S.C. politicians team up to end run governor on stimulus

South Carolina's Republican governor, Mark Sanford, has said he doesn't want his state getting any federal stimulus money, but House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, a South Carolina Democrat, inserted a provision that takes the governor out of the process. The state's two top legislative leaders, both Repuiblicans, say they'll go along with it.
