Mississippi ricin mailer changes plea to guilty

James Everett Dutschke, a former Mississippi martial arts instructor who allegedly mailed letters containing deadly ricin to President Obama, Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker and a state justice court judge, pleaded guilty Friday. His plea ended a bizarre episode in which he allegedly tried to frame an Elvis impersonator in a retaliatory action.
