Arizona shooting suspect likely faces death penalty

Jared Lee Loughner could face the death penalty in the Tucson, Ariz., shooting rampage that has shaken the country and is causing members of Congress to openly worry about their safety. The 22-year-old college castoff and Army reject faces one count of attempting to assassinate a member of Congress, two counts of murdering a federal employee and two charges of attempted murder of a federal employee.
