NASCAR has been a dirty sport forever. Between the engine noise and belching exhaust, and most notably of late, the squandering of precious fuel resources amid our oil crisis, it can be a difficult sport to embrace.
But this blows the door off the garage.
If a court determines that NASCAR officials harassed and discriminated against an African American female track employee, that she labored in a hostile working environment and was unlawfully terminated, the good old boys of NASCAR will need more than a bath and another round of diversity training to clean up their image.
