'Star Wars: Year by Year' illustrates effect on pop culture

Where were you when "Star Wars" opened in 1977? If you were in the theater, then you may have grandchildren now. Released over three decades ago, the movie exploded across the popular culture scene. The effects are documented in "Star Wars: Year by Year" _ which really should be called the life and times of film director George Lucas.
