According to a U.S. military release: Two U.S. Division � North Soldiers were killed and six injured after a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near their combined patrol today.

A roadside bomb targeted a U.S. military convoy at the entrance of Saqlawiyah district, 10 km to the north of Fallujah, Thursday. The explosion destroyed one of the American military vehicles that had to be loaded onto a flat-bed truck to be moved away. Two car bombs parked outside the textile factory in the city of Hilla exploded Monday at around 2 p.m. Monday, at the time when workers go home. A third explosion, a home made bomb planted not far from the first explosion, shook the textile factory at 2.50 p.m. targeting the crowd of people gathered to lend a hand to paramedics at the explosions site.
