Round-up of Daily Violence in Iraq-Friday 28 November 2008

The daily Iraq violence report is compiled by McClatchy Newspapers Special Correspondents in Baghdad from police, military and medical reports. This is not a comprehensive list of all violence in Iraq, much of which goes unreported. It's posted without editing as transmitted to McClatchy's Washington Bureau.
Baghdad
- Around 8 p.m. a suicide car bomb exploded in Al Tayaran square in central Baghdad killing two civilians and injuring 14 others.
Babil
- A suicide wearing a vest bomb targeted worshipers at a Shiite mosque in Al Musaieb town south of Baghdad (25 miles north of Babil), 12 worshipers were killed and 19 others were injured.
Diyala
- A booby trapped house, 6 miles south of Baquba, exploded as Iraqi army soldiers raided the house early this morning, two soldiers were killed and three were injured.
