Round-up of Daily Violence in Iraq-Thursday 20 November 2008

The daily Iraq violence report is compiled by McClatchy Newspapers Special Correspondents in Baghdad from police, military and medical reports. This is not a comprehensive list of all violence in Iraq, much of which goes unreported. It's posted without editing as transmitted to McClatchy's Washington Bureau.
Baghdad
- A magnetic bomb detonated under a civilian car in Karrada neighborhood (downtown Baghdad). Three people were injured.
Mosul
- Police found five dead bodies - three men and two women in Hatra ( 31 miles south of Mosul).
- A suicide car bomber detonated in Mosul city around 8:30 pm. Police opened fire on the car before targeting a police station in the area that made its driver swerved away of its direction. Thirty five people were injured in that incident.
