President Barack Obama will meet with Senate Democrats Wednesday evening.

They will "discuss their shared priorities for 2014," according to White House Press Secretary Jay Carney.

Carney did not mention specific topics but it's likely they would discuss the National Security Agency's surveillance programs and a bill that would impose additional sanctions against Iran, which Obama opposes.
