New Boehner video urges Obama to consider GOP jobs bills

In a video released Wednesday, Speaker of the House John Boehner requests bipartisanship of the White House. "Mr. President, what are you waiting for?" Boehner asks.

House Speaker John Boehner is out with a new video Wednesday morning recalling how the House of Representatives has passed numerous job-creation bills this year.

He asks President Barack Obama to step up and work with him. "Mr. President, what are you waiting for?" Boehner asks.

The speaker maintains Obama has shown no willingness to work with Republicans on economic issues. Democrats argue otherwise, saying that Republicans have been stubborn in seeking big domestic spending cuts without agreeing to more revenue.

The House has left for the year, while the Democratic-run Senate is still working. None of the House's job bills are expected to come up.
