Mennen Military Toilet Kit for $2.50, contained Skin Bracer, talcum for men, foot powder and Menthol-iced Lather Shave, in a simulated leather case.

Women’s gifts included Ponds cold cream for 28 cents or Wembdon Lavender dusting powder for $1.00.

Most of the ad copy is standard fare but the copy writer for Jewelite hair brushes deserves a raise.
