GEORGE COUNTY -- A report of a naked man dancing on a roadside led George County, Mississippi, deputies to a meth lab in the Ward community, Sheriff Dean Howell said.

Officers who responded to the complaint around noon Sunday on Ward Pineview Road didn't find the man, who apparently disappeared in the woods.

Two officers, who believe they know who the man might be, went south about a half-mile to the man's home, and he wasn't there. However, they found a metal tool box in the backyard and it contained an active meth lab, Howell said. The sheriff's office called for a hazardous materials cleanup crew.

If the man is who deputies believe he is, he brought unwanted attention that may lead to his arrest, Howell said.
