A man is accused of threatening a woman with a gun then cutting her hair after an argument Monday.

Kenneth Diamond Abner, 35, of Rock Hill has been charged with pointing a firearm and criminal domestic violence.

A Charlotte woman and her baby were visiting Abner at a Rock Hill home when they began to argue, according to a Rock Hill police report.

Abner allegedly reached inside a drawer, grabbed a semi-automatic handgun and put it in his back pocket. He then grabbed the woman by her hair and dragged her downstairs to the kitchen, where he proceeded to cut her hair.

The woman kicked and hit him so he would let her go, grabbed the baby and ran out the front door to call the police from a neighbor's home, the report states.
