The daily Iraq violence report is compiled by McClatchy Newspapers Special Correspondents in Baghdad from police, military and medical reports. This is not a comprehensive list of all violence in Iraq, much of which goes unreported. It's posted without editing as transmitted to McClatchy's Washington Bureau.

Baghdad - A bomb detonated near the house of a Christian family in Dawoodi neighborhood in west Baghdad on Tuesday evening injuring one member of the family. - Three bombs detonated near the gates of three houses of Christian families in Mansour neighborhood in west Baghdad on Tuesday evening injuring three Christian people. - One Christian man was killed and five others were wounded when a parked car bomb detonated in Amiriyah neighborhood in southwest Baghdad on Tuesday evening. - Three Christian men were wounded when a mortar shell hit part of Doura neighborhood in south Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - Two Christian men were wounded when a mortar shell hit al-Eskan area in Doura neighborhood in south Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - A Christian man was wounded when a bomb detonated near a school in Doura neighborhood on Wednesday morning. - Four Christian men were wounded when a bomb detonated near a Christian family’s house in Doura neighborhood in south Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - Two Christian people were wounded when bomb detonated in Ghadeer neighborhood in east Baghdad. - Three Christian men were wounded when a bomb detonated in Raghiba Khatoon area in northeast Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - Two Christian people were wounded when two bombs detonated near a house of a Christian family in Senaa area in east Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - Two Christian people were killed and four others were wounded when bomb detonated in Senaa neighborhood in east Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - Two Christian people were injured when a bomb detonated near a church in east Baghdad on Wednesday morning. - One Christian man was killed and three others were wounded when two bombs detonated near two houses belong to Christian families in east Baghdad. - Three civilians were wounded when an adhesive bomb that was stuck to a sedan car detonated in Nidhal Street in downtown Baghdad on Wednesday afternoon.

Nineveh - Gunmen killed a civilian in Al Rumman area in west Mosul on Wednesday morning. - Armed men attacked a police checkpoint in Hammam al Aleel neighbourhood, south Mosul, early Wednesday, killing two policemen. - A roadside bomb targeted a police patrol in Suk al Maash, west Mosul, late Tuesday, killing one civilian and seriously injuring one civilian and one policeman.

Anbar - Gunmen assassinated a cleric near the market place in al-Garma town north Falluja on Wednesday morning.
