Round-up of Daily Violence in Iraq - Wednesday 1 September 2010

Baghdad

- A policeman was killed and two others were wounded by when an adhesive bomb stuck to the policeman's car detonated in Kadhemiyah neighborhood in northwest Baghdad around 7:30 a.m.

- Around 3 p.m. an Adhesive bomb that was stuck to civilian car detonated in Baladeyat neighborhood in east Baghdad killing an employee in Baghdad province council and wounding three other civilians.

- Three civilians were wounded when a bomb detonated inside a market place inside Sadr city in east Baghdad around 3 p.m.

Diyala

- A bomb detonated in Sadiyah area northest of Baquba city targeting the head of the PUK Party head in the city Shakir Soltan. Soltan and his driver were wounded.
