Gulf oil spill videos: See all four views released Tuesday

This video, shot over the weekend and released Tuesday, shows the previously unseen second leak just above the Deepwater Horizon's dysfunctional blowout preventer. No efforts have been made to stop this leak, though the planned "top kill" would do so.

This video was shot May 8 of the leak at the end of well's broken "riser" pipe before dispersants were added to the plume or a 4-inch pipe was inserted to divert some of the oil to the surface.

This video was shot May 10. It shows the main Deepwater Horizon leak before the insertion of a 4-inch pipe in an effort to draw some of the escaping oil to the surface.

This is the most recent video released of the larger of the two Deepwater Horizon leaks. It was shot Monday, May 17, after a 4-inch pipe was inserted in an effort to draw some of the escaping oil to the surface. View all the new videos.
