A surveillance tape shows a couple apparently stealing from Haitian Disaster Relief Fund jar at a Liberty fast-food restaurant.

According to NBC Action news, a surveillance camera caught a couple walking into the restaurant about 6:30 p.m. After ordering, the woman starts examining the Red Cross donation jar on the counter. She then walks away to talk to the man.

The couple then get their food, take the jar and leave.
