WORLD NEWS USIRAQ 1 MCT
Command Sgt. Maj. Phillip Pandy, of Miami, is the senior enlisted soldier with the Army's 4th Brigade, 1st Armored Division. The brigade was trained for combat, but is now the prototype for a new "advise and assist" mission to train Iraqi security forces in southern Iraq.
