Baghdad

- Around 9 p.m. gunmen killed Maiyadah Al Baiati, a member of the Islamic party, in Al Yarmouk neighborhood in Baghdad.

Salahuddin

- Gunmen killed one police officer and injured a policeman in Tuz area in the province.

Nineveh

- A roadside bomb targeted a police vehicle in New Mosul neighborhood in Mosul city killing one policeman and injuring another.

- A roadside bomb exploded in Aleppo Street in Mosul city injuring three civilians.
