This is not a comprehensive list of all violence in Iraq, much of which goes unreported. It's posted without editing as transmitted to McClatchy's Washington Bureau.

Baghdad

A roadside bomb targeted a police foot patrol in Mayseloon Square, Zayuna, eastern Baghdad at 7 a.m. Friday injuring three policemen and three civilians.

Kirkuk

A female was found killed in a house in al-Qadisiyah neighbourhood, near the Directorate of Traffic Police, central Mosul, Thursday. The ongoing investigation shows that she is a college student and a member of the Iraqi Labour Communist Party.
