Five years after "Girls Gone Wild" filmed an unknown teen cavorting topless in Miami Beach, the now-notorious Ashley Alexandra Dupré — the woman whose paid liaison with Eliot Spitzer forced him to resign as New York governor — is demanding a cut of the money from video sales.

Dupré filed a lawsuit Monday in federal court in Miami, claiming Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis and his company owe her more than $10 million. Now 22 (turning 23 Wednesday), Dupré was a few weeks shy of her 18th birthday when she ran into Francis' film crew outside Miami Beach's Chesterfield Hotel in March 2003. Francis, 35, at one time offered Dupré $1 million to appear in a video after she emerged as the high-priced call girl "Kristen" who met with Spitzer at Washington's Mayflower Hotel. But the Girls Gone Wild kingpin rescinded the offer when he realized he already had footage of her in his archives. He repackaged it and is advertising it on his websites — including one called ashleydupre.net — as Hooker Gone Wild.
